Overview
TalentMesh conducts automated, voice-based AI interviews and evaluates candidates across multiple dimensions, producing a comparable "spider-map" profile for every person — so hiring decisions rest on evidence, not impressions.
Under the hood it is fifteen microservices: a real-time AI interview agent built on WebRTC signalling, streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech, plus scoring, matching, verification and reporting — all running on the OpenOva Sovereign through its Axon LLM gateway.
The result is assessment at scale that is consistent, fast and fair, with verified credentials and full transcripts behind every score.
